Do you have any loaner vehicles?

 

Yes!

 

We have a fleet of loaner vehicles and availability will vary from day-to-day. When making an appointment, please let us know if you will need one.

 

Bear in mind that we cannot give you a loaner if all you need is an oil change or inspection.

 

Loaner cars are reserved for when your vehicle is having extensive repairs or will be out of service for a while due to parts availability.

 

 

What is your parts & labor warranty?

 

We offer a 2 year/24,000 mile parts & labor warranty on most jobs when using quality parts.

 

For "economy jobs" the warranty will be less and designated on the work invoice.  

 

 

I have an extended warranty. Will you still work on my vehicle?

 

Absolutely!

 

Extended warranties (also called aftermarket warranties) act like health insurance for your vehicle.

 

Like insurance companies, most warranty companies do not pay for every expense on a covered repair.

 

For example, let us pretend that your vehicle develops a coolant leak. The cooling system is pressure-tested and the water pump is found to be leaking.

 

The warranty company may choose to cover only the costs of the water pump and the labor to replace it. You would have to pay for the diagnosis time, coolant and system flush.

 

What it all boils down to is this: you are responsible to pay for anything not covered by the warranty contract.

 

 

Is there a waiting area?

 

Yes there is!

  • free coffee & bottled water (and sometimes tea or hot chocolate)

Of course!

 

Feel free to bring along your electronic device(s) and get online.

 

We do ask that you keep the volume down when not using headphones/earbuds.

 

 

Can I pick-up or drop-off my vehicle outside of normal business hours?

 

Certainly.

 

Dropping your vehicle off after-hours is fairly simple:

 

  1. Locate the key drop box located in the garage door next to the office door.
  2. Take an envelope, if needed, and add any special notes, kind words, or Valentine's wishes. Please refrain from leaving candy hearts in the box. This angers the birds.
  3. Lift up the little door flap.
  4. Push your keys/envelope through the opening.
  5. Have a nice day!

 

If you plan to pick up your vehicle after we close, we just need two things:

  1. Payment (of course)
  2. Where you want us to put your keys. Sorry, Folks. Rytek's Key Scavenger Hunt has been discontinued due to... circumstances. However, the development of an Escape Room-type of process is under way.
